An appropriate protective coating system was prepared according to the conduction film the project used (media layer/metal layer/medium layer compound electroplated layer) in this thesis. Among them, the room temperature (heat) curing acrylic resin was used as primer and it had scratch abrasion resistance performance; at the same time, the organic glass surface has excellent levelability due to the selection of appropriate leveling wetting agents, solvents etc. And also the film did not produce sagging and "deformation"; In addition, the substrate surface flatness was increased and the substrate surface was also blocked out, the coarse organic glass surface was filled effectively, It making the film and organic glass has good adhesion, and the coating film did not crack after the conductive film surface protection coating was painted.Topcoat adopted organic silicon modified acrylic resin, its not only has the properties of light color, water white transparent, excellent weather resistance, yellowing resistance, wearability, anti-mold properties, high temperature and high humidity resistant, chemical resistance, gloss retention and color retention and etc outstanding properties; At the same time it also has performance of water resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance, softness, excellent impact resistance, wear-resisting, resist scratches, higher hardness due to the introduction of organic silicon. Adhesion between the conductive film and the coating was ensured by the synthesis of low hydroxyl value resin. On the other hand, in order to avoid coating performance worsening induced by low content of hydroxyl value, the problems were effectively solved by comprehensive measures such as improving resin branched degrees and molecular weight, higher branched degrees can ensure the resin has higher netlike structure during curing process which is the basic guarantee of coating hardness, scratch resistance and medium resistance, enhancing the molecules weight can make coating release most of the stress during curing process, thereby avoiding conductive film peel caused by coating whole internal stress.In addition, the prepared supporting coating has excellent optical properties.
