Increasing the amount of municipal waste processing capacity is lagging behind is a common problem, most cities have long been used for solid waste open dumps, natural fill out the ditch and filling pits manner, only to fill the garbage general anaerobic Embedded processing, and the potential impact on the environment and hazards.In this paper, solid waste disposal project in Baotou City, for example, from the atmospheric environment, water environment, soil environment and noise environment, waste disposal and other aspects of the project site, construction of the building and put into operation, the impact on the surrounding environment, etc. Aspects of analysis and study, made the following conclusions:According to the monitoring statistics, the monitoring points are to meet the test items, "Groundwater Quality Standard"(GB/T 14848-1993) III class standards, subject to receipt of the surrounding groundwater, seepage control measures to meet environmental requirements. Landfill leachate pollution of the water quality of the main types of organic, chemical oxygen demand were higher, especially in high temperature season. Landfill waste by the treatment, the role of the temperature, the waste of decomposition to speed up, resulting in an increase in organic pollutants in the leachate, the chemical oxygen demand increases; the same time, the increase of chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand is also Corresponding with the increase. Larger changes in water quality of landfill leachate, sewage treatment system to ensure clear run well, the water can remain stable after treatment, monitoring project between the pH at 6.90~7.15, to achieve "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996) Table 4 In a standard. Hydrogen sulfide and ammonia concentration of fugitive emissions to achieve "emission standards for odor pollutants"(GB 14554-1993) in the "New Reform expansion"se condary standards. Monitoring results showed that the landfill meets the design requirements of the treatment effect, a good anti-seepage measures, leachate treatment efficiency to meet the requirements, odor gas gathering system is reliable, does not have a negative impact on the surrounding environment, project is feasible from the environmental point of view.This results in Baotou City, municipal solid waste for disposal to provide scientific basis and technical reference, with some theoretical and practical value.
