This kind of press always has advantages of high load, high speed and high efficiency. because of the existence of the constant motor and big inertia flywheel, it doesn't have flexibility, The output characteristics of a fixed, and the pressure is difficult to control.Servo mechanical press is an new stamping equipment that directly drive by the AC servo motor, with the features such as High-speed,low power,low noise,controllable, extend the life of the die, improve accuracy and pass rate of product. The slider according to the user's need to provide any of the motion curve, the speed and power can be controlled, the optimization of metal forming process is possible. There are many research reports on the servo press control system and the optimization to organization of servo press in present study, However, the research in the optimization and control aspects of stamping process based on servo press, is rarely reported. The stamping process is optimized based on the outstanding sporting performance of toggle servo press, and an open stamping process program database is created on the paper.This paper according to large-tonnage servo press by developed, use of the analytical method of vector equation for kinematic analysis of the main transmission, the expression of the slider displacement,velocity and acceleration were deduced, and analyze them using the MATLAB software, which provided the basis for the control of the process.The numerical simulation software DEFORM is used to analyze the sheet metal stamping process, and study different process parameters on the influence law of stamping process.
