Oily sludge mainly discharged from the process of oil crude exploration transportation, refining and the oily sewage treatment, at this stage a great quantity of oily sludge will be produced in the process of oil crude exploration.Oily sludge is one of the domestic and international oil industry problem to solve, because it bulky, complicated,Contain harmful substances.Reduction is the most difficult and important thing in oily sludge treatment and disposal. The recycle and safe treatment is the next step of effectively reduction. Degreasing and dehydration is the key point to reduce oily sludge volume.Only effectively removal oil from sludge, can be more effective removal of water, ultimately achieving the purpose of reduction.In this study, the experimental samples is is taken from Daqing oilfield produce in the process of oil crude exploration.we used chemicals for oily sludge dehydration and degreasing treatment. In the first place, the study analyzes the main composition of oily sludge. According to the analyses,density of oily sludge is 1.034kg/m3, moisture content 68.51%,oil concentration of dry oily sludge is 443.32mg/g, solid content is 16.32%, pH value about 7, sludge specific resistance(SSR) is 1.49×1015m/kg,the main granule size is 0.125~0.250mm.Using the oil removal rate and SSR of treated sludge as judgement index. In the ten chemical compound in the filter and oil removal from oil sludge dewatering of the most effective agents. Selected and mixture from the ten chemicals,we can get the most effective agents for Oily Sludge Dehydration and Degreasing treatment.In this experiment, when 0.3g/L of TritonX-100 and 2g/L PAC were mixed, the oil removal rate can reach 86.32%, SSR would reduce to 1.063×1012 m/kg. By using above chemicals can get the best results of oil removal rate and SSR in oily sludge.The study also investigates the influence factors when used chemicals for oily sludge dehydration and degreasing treatment, including agitate temperature,sludge-liquid ratio, stirring time, pH value, stirring intensity to determine the optimal experimental conditions.Finally, L18(35) of the orthogonal experiment, determining the most important factors affecting for oily sludge dehydration and degreasing treatment is agitate temperature and pH value.when agitate temperature was at 70℃,sludge-liquid ratio 1:4,stirring time 30min, pH value 7, stirring intensity 50r/min, Under these conditions, the oil removal rate can reach 96.85%, SSR was 7.69×1011m/kg.In the study, Experimental results show that mixture the TritonX-100 and PAC has a good effect for oily sludge dehydration and degreasing treatment, under the best ratio of chemicals mixture and the optimal experimental conditions, the volume of oily sludge reduce about half, the oil removal rate can reach 96.85%.
