Cutlasses machines is a servo control system for processing all kinds of cutters (domestic and imported).By the means of ruleless arrangement,unique arrangement or inerrtic reiteration,cutters can form various patterns,which are widely used in various industries,such as Nike icon,toy cars box,etc.As the elasticity and material quality of the cutters,and it's high-speed processing speed and so on,which make the patterns processed have large distortion in some extent,so that the patterns cann't match the orginal patterns.At present,the cutters of embedded cutlasses machines are mainly relay on domestic and imported,in the same condition processing the cutters, which have offset both,with the change of speed,it will ruleless change,even it gets more when the cutter point attrition.lt is hard to build the model to describe the distortion of the cutters,the traditional solution is use the experience value to compensate and reduce offset of the processing pattern,which meets the lower requirement applications,but it will be difficult to meet the higher requirement applictions.Therefore, the research of tracking processing patterns,which can get the offset compensation,has important significance.Machine vision technologies are use to slove the certain needs in industrial field,so that there are have advantages and disadvantages.Judging from home and abroad research,there are not relevant research results of the paper research, with consulting lots of resouces and datas,we found that use the machine vision technologies to slove the offset of cutters processing is feasible.The paper proposes to use the machine vision measurement techniques,which use methods of real-time image acquisition and processing,tracking,positioning to dynamic correct the processing cutters trajectories. The paper researches and obtained a certain result,making the real-time color images gray afterly,we use the methods of image enhancement,edge detection and so on to extract the image deges of cutters, Based on the methods of the modified gray moment or forward and backward differences subpixel locations to obtain the accurate processing track patterns.Anyalsis of the online tracking algorithm,the paper supply a pre-tracking methods,and do some experiments that can achieve precise tracking.dynamic compenstation for high speed,state and precise calculations on the processing cutters,which realize embedded cutlasses machine can control automaticly by use of vision measurement techniques.In the paper,we adopt controlling system of FPGA embedded PowerPC core to control servo cutlasses machine system.This structure can greatly shorten our development cycle,because our team had succeeded in applying some IP core and servo system building,controlling and processing,so that we can effectively realize the image acquisition,process complex operation and real-time control and so on.This thesis designs a cross platform metallographic analysis system software with Qt, a GUI tool, and OpenCV. In this system, we can easily develop human-computer interface of power function. compute the parameters of feedback by control detection,we can real-time tracking and precise positioning,calculation,than get the offset value to feedback the system to process and correct.
