Synthesis Of α-Aminophonsphonates Derivatives Containing Adenine And Aylurea

As the analogues of phosphoryl amino acids,α-aminophonates and their derivatives have shown to serve as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, peptidomimetics, enzyme inhibitors and antiviral agents. In recent years, N-heterocyclic moieties were introduced intoα-aminophonates in this thesis. Adenine and arylurea derivatives widely used medicine and pesticides because of their unique structural features and diverse potential biological and industrial importance. Twenty-five new compounds were synthesized using adenine and arylurea in the paper.1 Seven novelα-aminophosphonic acids containing adenine were synthesized by t-he three component condensation reactions of adenine with triphenyl phosphite and al-dehydes in the presence of acetic acid and xylene. The product structures were chara-cterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and elemental analyses.2 Seven novel stereospecificα-aminophonates containing arylurea were synthesized utilizing 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde, arylurea and phenyl- dichlorophosphine as starting materials in anhydrous toluene. The product structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR spectral data and elemental analyses.3 Eleven new aminonaphthols containing adenine were synthesized using 2-naphthol, aldehyde and adenine under solventfree and Zinc chloride as catalyst. The product structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and elemental an-alyses.4 9-(2-hydroxyethyl) adenine was synthesized by reaction of adenine and cyclic carbonate ester. 9-(1, 1-dimethyl-3-oxobutyl) adenine was synthesized by the Michael addition of adenine to mesityl oxide and was confirmed by X-ray diffraction.5 The effect of different temperature, reaction time molar ratio of reactants on the yield had been investigated.
