| This paper studies on the effect of different dry menthods and dry degree to the hop extration; By response surface method to establish the microwave-assisted extraction of a-acid and optimize the extraction technology parameters;Using differernt methods concentrated hop concrete,analyzed and compared the concentrate methods of a-acid with hop concrete yield and the impact of energy consumption determined the appropriate method of concentrated hop concrete,test results as follows:1.As a-acid index,using normal temperature to avoid light drying,normal temperature drum wind drying and thermostatic drum wind dry to extract hops,determined the normal temperature drum wind is the best;Microwave-assisted extraction with different dry degree of hops,screened out suitable for the extraction of dry degree:the mass loss of fresh hop was about 70% to suit extraction, in these conditions a-acid content 11.47% close to dry completely a-acid content 11.99% and reduce the drying time 8h.2. By single factor experiment,optimization of microwave extraction process by using response surface methodology,establish a good prediction on optimize the a-acid content as a function of the ethanol concentration,material rate and the microwave time.Determine the optimal extraction process conditions:ethanol concentration 70.74%,material ration of 1:20.930,the microwave time 79.62s,through this condition a-acid content to 14.02%.3. Comparing the causticity toleration of membrane material,screened for concentrate of polysulfide(PSF)membrane.By comparing the pore size of the actice ingredients of hop concrete the rejection rate.Determine the 300 of PSF nanofiltration molecular is best for hop extraction liquid concentrate idea film.4. Membrane concentration of hops extracts optimum conditions:operation pressure 0.40 MPa,operation temperature 25℃,enrichment of 2 times. Concentrated cleaning agent with the best membrane for the cleaning agent A (alkali-acid wash):first 0.10% NaOH + H2O2,second 2% citric acid and then washed (NaOH and ammonia adjusted pH); The best cleaning condition:cleaning time 20 minuteds,cleaning temperature 30℃,circular flow 0.15m3/h.5. By single factor experiment, through orthogonal experiment to analysis the optimization condition in vacuum concentration:vacuity is 0.06MPa,temperature is 60℃,concentration time is 120min,the yield of a-acid is 72.28%.6. Comparing the yield of a-acids in hop concrete and energy consumption with three concentrations.Determine the best method is membrane concentration combination with vacuum heating concentration.The a-acid content in hop concrete of up to 32.75%.7.Anlysis quality of hop concrete:moisture content is low 6%; density is 1.28g/mL 1.34g/mL; color is dark brown; bouquet is hops peculiar smell; a-acid content is 30.10% 32.80%;β-acid content is 12.50%-13.40%; totle anthoxanthin is 285mg/g-320mg/g polyphenol content is 160mg/g-172mg/g. |
