From 1980s, the gob collapse more and more happened in mining, particularly in the deep mining, it became the important safety factor affect mining safety in production. Because of its huge ketogeneses, it is necessary to research the mechanization of the gob collapse, propound precise forecast method, adopt some safety precautions to avoid shock bump. This paper is purpose to address the gob collapse in Hubei Naojiao iron mine, for the sake of the accuracy of the simulation results, following work were made:First, investigating Naojiao mine, sampling and existing condition analysis, determine intensity of all the rocks we sampled with Wuhan University of science and Technology Laboratory of the point load rock mechanics analysis system. RMR rock mass classification and Q rock mass classification systems are chosen based on the Naojiao iron mine geological data and laboratory data, and using the traditional method to estimate the iron ore pits Naojiao stability of gob time. Secondly, according to the levels of hierarchical mine the ore body diagram, then use computer simulation of the actual underground mining, and calculate the ore in the distribution of strain energy, find out the size of the probability of large earthquake areas. Finally, choose the appropriate measures to avoid shock bump. The results show that three-dimensional computer simulation and the actual situation is more consistent. Three-dimensional model of mining and mineral mining simulation and prediction of earthquake occurrence, preventive measures proposed have done in this paper, which play a reference role in monitoring and prevention of the gob collapse in the future.
