With the continuous development of economic construction, enterprises ar e constantly excavating internal potential and carrying out energy saving and e mission reduction to meet environmental protection, economic and energy savi ng that are the goal of enterprises.Gaoping district life drinking water was mainly responsible for 3240 house holds of Daqing oil recovery eight factory, offices and commercial life drinkin g water supplying work. The building area of Gaoping water plant was 1086 s quare meters, and the daily supplying capacity topped 5760 cubic meters. Gao ping water.plant Adopted the modern latest "double stage oxidation+double s tage filtering+fine filtration+senior adsorption+pipeline disinfection+was tewater purification" process. It consisted of five system unit:deep oxidation fi ltering system, wastewater treatment system, PLC automatic control system, o n-line detection system and power dynamic system. Each system unit adopted advanced water purification processing equipment and formed perfect process th at made the water quality of the source water met national requirements reside nts standards for drinking water after four levels and five layer filters.Gaoping water for life treatment plant came mainly from the wastewater o f filter tank. This part of the wastewater could occupy about the whole water plant of daily water volume 3%-7%. By recycling and reusing this water, it could not only save water recourse and improve the operation capacity, but al so reduce the wastewater emissions to achieve the purpose of environmental pr otection.This paper took an example for the production wastewater of Gaoping wat er plant by recycling reuse, and mainly analyzed and studied on coagulation m echanism, the chosen coagulants (Aluminium polychloride, PAC) and coagula nt (Polyacrylamide, PAM) complex ratio, the influence factors of coagulation effect in wastewater recycling reuse with disposal system process, thus it deter mined the best complex ratio of coagulants and coagulant. It could not only re duce the cost of water plant, but also enhance coagulant effect.
