The Symbiotic Relationship And Energy Research Between The Fast-moving Food Moving Consumer Goods Production Enterprise And The Third-party Logistics Enterprise

With the economic development, the life of people has got continually improved and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) enjoys a growing demand. The short production and stock cycle of the FMCG makes the requirement of the inventory configuration, the transportation and distribution channel management high. So it requires the logistics services to have the high comprehensive problem-solving abilities which can satisfy the logistics outsourcing demand of all kinds of suppliers and the flexible capabilities that can deal with the periodic change and unexpected sudden demand. The FMCG and the third-party logistics(TPL) enterprises need comprehensive deepening cooperation , meanwhile the logistics activities of the FMCG enterprises have a high requirement for the logistics enterprise ,besides, the logistics enterprises are facing some development troubles, then the issue of how to further reduce the logistics cost of the FMCG enterprises but meet the needs of individualized service under the environment of the supply chain , and prompt the development of the logistics enterprises on the basis of reducing the cost of the social logistics activities deserves our attention to discuss and study it.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of FMCG logistics and in combination with status quo of China's logistics, it makes some investigation and research on the cooperation between the FMCG manufacturing enterprises and the third-party logistics enterprises from the perspectives of the theories of social division of labor, value chain and supply chain. Based upon the research above, it analyzes the symbiotic relationship between the TPL enterprise and FMCG manufacturing enterprise, and proposes the conception of symbiotic energy, and identifies the factors that influences the generation of symbiotic energy in accordance with the equation of E_S=f_s( Z_a^m,Z_b^m,θ_ab,λ,ρ_sa,ρ_sb,η_sa,η_sb),and obtains the basic measure to get symbiotic energy in the short term.Secondly, this paper constructs the long-term macro-system-dynamics model and short-term micro-system-dynamics model of the factors that influence the generation of symbiotic energy under the symbiotic relationship .Besides; it conducts the simulation research on the short-term micro-system-dynamics model with the Vensim PLE simulation software application and illustrates the influencing mechanism of these factors.Thirdly, this paper performs the case study in combination with the nearly six-month field survey in the TPL enterprise, and makes some additional illustration of some issues not included in the model and conducts the analysis in the symbiotic relationship and generation of symbiotic energy in the real enterprises.Finally, this paper puts forward two measures in the long run to increase the symbiotic energy in combination with the simulation analysis and case study, and they are to construct the logistics dynamic alliance and the lean supply chain with the support of informatization. What is more, it makes the additional statement about the innovative points and weaknesses.It is a new trial that this paper applies the symbiosis theory to the research on the cooperation between the FMCG enterprise and TPL enterprise and provides a new perspective to conduct the research in this field and enriches the application field of symbiosis theory. And some suggestions drawn from the system dynamics model simulation and case study holds some theoretical and practical significance for the TPL enterprises.
