Our country is a typical trade powers to the state, although a lot of foreign exchange, creating trade products are mostly resources and environmental pollution, consumptive caused severe environmental pollution, caused by excessive consumption of resources, thus affecting the harmony of nature and the sustainable development of China's foreign trade.This article is in the current our country foreign trade growth, but the resources environment destruction and a tremendous influence on the situation, resources and environment under the restriction of the development of China's foreign trade of resources for research projects, environmental protection and the continuous and steady development of foreign trade on the system research. First, from the foreign trade scale, the export commodity structure and foreign enterprises to export aspects analyzes the development status of China's foreign trade in China, and then discusses the impact of resources and environment; Secondly, discuss the resources of China's foreign trade, environmental constraints facing mainly from the green trade barriers, status quo and the natural resources environment in view of environmental policy analysis of China's foreign trade development form restraint; Again, discusses our country foreign trade in resources under the new situation of environmental constraints facing opportunities and challenges; Finally, according to the 17th session of the fifth session of the 1025 "planning" Suggestions to ecological civilization theory as guidance from government policies, and social development and system construction and enterprise development level of Chinese characteristic put forward countermeasure and the suggestion.
