Preparation Of Water-based Clean Fracturing Fluid System And Study Of The Performance

Hydraulic fracturing is an effective measure of renewing reservoir and important to enhance oi1-gas well production and water well injection. The performance of fracturing fluids plays an important role in the fracture work. At the present time, most fracturing fluid are water-based fracturing fluid, however it performs badly in the high temperature and do damage to the formations which confines its development. So it is very critical to study the new clean fracturing fluid. The major conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1. The article reviews the development situation of fracturing fluid technology, introducing the additives used in water-based fracturing fluid and the latest research progress of fracturing fluid.2. CHPTMAC was synthesized by hydrochloric acid, trimethylamine aqueous solution, epichlorohydrin. The CHPTMAC is the necessary materials for the cationic guar gum. The proper technological conditions for the process was obtained that the molar ratio of epichlorohydin to trimethylammonium chloride was 0.95 and the pH of the reaction mixture was 8, the reaction time is 4～6h, the reaction temperature is low.3. The cationic guar gum and hydroxypropyl guar gum as the thickening agents are prepared respectively and their structure and performance are studied.4. According to the current application of fracturing fluid in oil fields, combined with the character of surfactant needed by the oil field, the surfactant as the major reagents of high temperature resistance clean fracturing fluid are prepared. The molecular structure of products was characterized and let the thickener for compatibility with surfactant, the best prescription was obtained. This kind of clean fracturing fluid can satisfy with the requirements of high temperature resistance clean fracturing fluid according to the analysis of its properties.
