But,the situation that the majority of domestic wind power generation equipments depend on imports has not been fundamentally changed. Lanzhou University had been commissioned by the company , Because of processing large-scale wind power generation equipment and rotary tower connection flange connection hole on the supporting parts, its processing technology specifically was developed and according to this process route a special gantry CNC strong Drilling machines.had been designedThe issue is completed by the many people, my work is mainly the design and research of the gantry,base,the drilling head and fixture. At present, all engineering drawings have been completed and will soon put it into production. This paper,we mainly focused on an overview of the overall design of machine tools and research and design of large gantry welding based structure to strong numerical control drilling.(1)According to the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of common machine tools (vertical drilling machine,radial drilling machine),the paper introduces powerful gantry CNC drilling machine,because of he characteristics of the flange parts the rotary table instead of rectangular Table was used.(2)In this paper, The overall program was designed to machine tool, the general layout and machine tool machine parameters and working principle of machine tools wre determined and several important parts design were summarized.(3)In this paper, the most common ANSYS software was used about machine structure finite element analysis.,and explains the finite element method and the analysis of ANSYS software process(4)Because this machine tools adopts the welding structure of large as the basis thing less,we had statics analysis and modal analysis of three foundation beam welding structure, base, and the pillar about drilling machines,and predict the machine work force and deformation.(5)Finally according to the prediction results of the base and practical engineering target, the size of the original design wsa optimized. by comparing the static and dynamic properties of the base the ideal base structure and size was determined. |
