| In this paper, in order to change the traditional processing methods of the plate heat exchanger tube, wind power flanges and other large, supper large parts holes process, this paper designed the special machine tool of hole processing-Traveling Column Gantry two-spindle drilling machine. Compared to conventional gantry machine’s workbench moves and the design of stationary beam structure, moving gantry column two-spindle drilling machine adopts parts moving gantry, stationary workbench design structure to overcome large quality of the traditional gantry machine table, difficult to achieve high speed processing and the development did not meet the requirements of modern high-speed processing. At the same time, the structure of machine was analyzed by ANSYS software. The problem of the machine was detected in time. This paper has amended these questions. This paper has focused on the following two respects contents:(1) Traveling column gantry two-spindle CNC drilling machine designBy analyzing the structural characteristics of the heat exchanger tube sheet, wind power flange and other large scale work piece, This paper put forward the design of special machine with these work pieces hole processing, set technical parameters, completed structure design with the traveling column gantry two-spindle drilling machine and calculated the machine movement body. This paper also completed the machine components of three-dimensional modeling and the whole assembly of machine tool through the Pro/E software.(2) The finite element analysis with traveling column gantry two-spindle CNC drilling machineWith the finite element analysis development, it was widely used. It not only can short the period of production development efficiently, reduce the cost of production manufacture, but also can improve the quality and reliability of the product. So it has became one of the most valid methods in solving complicate engineering problem and the core of the process in modern engineering design and engineering analysis. In this paper, through Pro/E software modeling, this paper simplified the tiny structures on beam, column and whole machine, such as holes, chamfers, bosses, before the ANSYS analysis. At the same time, this paper designed the machine tool guide joint surface performance parameters determination experiment, obtained the guide joint surface performance parameters of stiffness. Finally, used ANSYS software, analyzing beams, columns and the whole machine respectively of their static and dynamic characteristics, get the relative performance parameters of the machine. Beam structure has been optimized, and optimized the structure analysis again, after that the optimized structure have good performance.During the process of the design of the drawing of the machine tools, the use of finite element theory and modal analysis theory, it is very important to the structure of the machine static and dynamic performance analysis, the new machine to improve job performance, improve processing accuracy, shorten the development cycle and enhance the competitiveness of products. |
