Research On The Function Of Rigional Culture In The Ecological Civilization

Natural environment was destroyed badly, it is a challenge for human-beings to live and develop themseves. Nature seems to be an obstacle to human-beings. Human-beings need to reconsider the relationship between nature and them, seek the possibility to develop both mankind and nature. Under present circustances, the new idea of ecosystem civilization was raised.It stand for to develop the harmony relationships between human-beings and nature, within the human-beings and themselves,advocate the sustainable development.It is a new attempt for mankind to find a new mode to live and develop in the future.It is a complicated works to construct ecological civilisation.we need not only the technology, but also need the change of our view about the natural and pay more attention to it.there is a similar part between the regional culture and the ecological civilisation, therefore, the writer try to comfirm the fact that the regional culture can works in the construction of the part of the ecological civilization. The article confirm this argument by taking Horqin culture as an example,.The mainly method of the reseach is to use documentary analysis, comparative studies.and conceptional analysis.Horqin culture is one of the regional culture of Inner Mongolia, which have the diverse functions to restrict, to conduct, to educate, to propagate,to develop the economy and so on. It will play the role to constraint, guide the behavior of people, conducting environmental education, promote the rapid development of circular economy in the construction of ecological civilization. The regional culture will provide the intellectual support and spiritual safeguard for the construction of ecological civilization.The effect of Horqin culture in the construction of ecological civilization has a close tie with the path to realised, reasonable and effective path will make it play maximum, and vice versa. According to the different cultural phenomenon, we find the internal relations between the regional culture and the ecological civilization,it will help mankind to use of cultural value. And then to choose proper way that is flexible, diverse.Regional cultures are differ in thousands of ways, but there are similarities in the function, feature, some general issues etc. Thus,it is feasible to take the Horqin culture as an example to argument the fuction of the regional culture in the construction of ecological civilization,also it will be effective. Every region has its unique natural environment, so we can say that the regional culture is the experience that human-beings to react the nature around them. Ecological civilisation can get help from them.
