By using the methods of combining investigations, collection of statistics and field sampling, the research was conducted to identify the characteristics of energy, economics and carbon emission of crop system, livestock system and integrated system in Tongwei, Weiyuan and Xiahe.Main results were gained as following:1. Input of energy. Door input of energy of crop system gradually reduces, while most input of integrated system and livestock system is Weiyuan which is the transition region in the middle, and least is Xiahe. And crop system provides to livestock system 99.3% and 66.2% of input in Tongwei and Weiyuan respectively, and the opposite are 12.2% and 39.7%. Output of energy. Door output of energy of crop system gradually reduces,while increase of livestock system,94923.6MJ/farm,48635.8MJ/farm and 86125.0MJ/farm of integrated system from east to west. Energy efficiency. Door energy efficiency of are respectively 3.1 and 2.4 of crop system in Tongwei and Weiyuan, and increases of livestock,8.3,1.2 and 10.9 of integrated system from east to west.2. Input of economics. Door input of economics of crop system gradually reduces, while. most input of integrated system and livestock system is Weiyuan, least is Xiahe. And crop system provides to livestock system 100% and 33.4% of input in Tongwei and Weiyuan. Output of economics. Door output of economics are respectively 23012.3ï¿¥/farm and 16839.2ï¿¥/farm of crop system in Tongwei and Weiyuan, gradually increases of livestock system,25966.4ï¿¥/farm, 20805.7ï¿¥/farm and 35363.4ï¿¥/farm of integrated system from east to west. Return on input. Door return on input are respectively 8.5 and 9.1 of crop system in Tongwei and Weiyuan,0.9, 1.5 and 33.7 of livestock system,7.6,3.5 and 33.7 of integrated system from east to west. 3. Carbon emission. Door carbon emission of crop system are 559.0kg/farm and 312kg/farm respectively in Tongwei and Weiyuan, increases of livestock system,628.9 kg/farm,397.1 kg/farm and 1638.0 kg/farm of integrated system from east to west. The carbon emission of livestock is 2.6 kg/farm and 1.8 kg/farm in crop system. Carbon emission of unit energy. Door carbon emission of input of unit energy in Tongwei is higher than that in Weiyuan in crop system, the highest in Xiahe and lowest in Weiyuan for livestock system and integrated system. door carbon emission of output of unit energy is gradually increasing for crop system and integrated system both., while the highest in Xiahe,and lowest in Weiyuan for livestock system. Carbon emission of unit economics. The average per farm for carbon emission of input of unit economics in Tongwei is higher than that in Weiyuan, and the highest in Xiahe,lowest in Weiyuan for for livestock system and integrated system. Door carbon emission of output of unit economics in Tongwei is higher than that in Weiyuan, and the highest in Xiahe,lowest in Weiyuan for both livestock system and integrated system.
