With the development of Chinese economic social and the advancement of industrial and agricultural production level, the problems of water pollution have become increasingly prominent. A part of problems that wastewater restricted by specific conditions is particularly thorny. For example, it is difficult to clean lakes in parks fully because of broadness of surfaces. As fermentation wastewater from biological pharmaceutical factories owns complicated elements, it is necessary to handle timely in order to discharge. Besides, though the contamination of wastewater from pig farms is strong, purification costs are very low and so on. Therefore, effective microorganism as a new sewage treatment technology compared with traditional methods doesn't only have its unique advantages, but also can be in combination with ultrasound and other technologies. It has broad application prospects in wastewater treatment.This study conducted a preliminary exploration for the rejuvenation process of the effective microorganism, and the application of wastewater treatment making use of effective microorganism and ultrasonic technology for wastewater from the city park lakes, biological pharmaceutical factories and pig farms. It also carried on more comprehensive study of the rejuvenation process of the effective microorganism, treatment capacity and deodorizing effect of microorganism and ultrasonic technology for wastewater from the city park lakes, wastewater COD removal capacity of effective microorganism sludge and ultrasonic technology for fermentation wastewater from biological pharmaceutical factories and wastewater from pig farms. Through the experiment according to national standards and methods, this study tentatively explored the mechanism of wastewater treatment making use of effective microorganism and ultrasonic technology. The results show that:(1) In the rejuvenation process of effective microorganism, the optimal delivery proportion of effective microorganism and nutrients is 3% to 4%. The optimum temperature is 30℃. The most suitable nutrient is molasses. The overall effect of rejuvenation in anaerobic conditions is better than that in aerobic conditions.(2) in the ultrasonic pretreatment, the delivery proportion is VM/VW=5/10000. The temperature is 25℃~35℃. In the intermittent aeration conditions, the effect of treatment of wastewater from park lakes is significant, COD removal rate is 55%. In the experiment for park lakes, the results are obvious. Water pollution has been improved, odor disappeared.(3) The effect that microbial activated sludge treats with fermentation wastewater from biological pharmaceutical factories is obvious, and the COD removal rate basically stables at 80%. For the body of water of containing refractory material, ultrasound-assisted degradation plays an important role in enhancing the COD removal rate.(4) The deodorizing effect that effective microorganism treats with wastewater from pig farms is obvious, the delivery proportion is VM/VW=2/10000~5/10000, effects last for 5 days, the deodorization rate is to 85%, the odor result is the best. When low-frequency ultrasound pretreats water samples, COD value of water increases with ultrasound intensity and ultrasound time. When the ultrasound intensity is 0.05W/mL, pretreatment time is 5 minutes. The effect of the sludge treatment is the best, COD removal rate will reach 82.4%.This is the first that effective microorganism used in combination with ultrasound, improved the efficiency that effective microorganism treats with wastewater making use of ultrasound technology, which can play a certain impellent role in wastewater treatment applying complex method, can highlight the advantages of effective microorganism, can broaden the use of effective microorganism, which can also play a certain promoting role in further improving and deepening the use of effective microorganism.
