Study On The Comprehensive Treatment Technology Of Protein Wastewater, Fructose Wastewater And Starch Wastewater

The way of the development of food industry in China is still relatively extensive with the expansion of the quantity as the main development mode. As one of key polluting industries in light industry, food industry takes on some special characteristics, such as the more primary products, the low resource processing and conversion efficiency, the inferior comprehensive utilization level, the lagging circular economy and cleaner production development, the high energy consumption and the serious pollution.Shandong Boxing Jieyuan Environmental Co.,Ltd, as a sewage treatment company and a subsidiary of Scents Holding Co.,Ltd, is set up specially for other subsidiaries, such as Scents Grains and Oil, Scents Jianyuan Bio-Tech and Yuxin protein. This company was established in2007with a stall of30people. It covers40000square meters, and10000cubic of sewage was processed per day. The main process of Boxing Jieyuan Environmental is anaerobic and aerobic treatment decided by Tsinghua Tongfang company. Because there are many defects in the design of each link since the missioning and operation, the process has not been achieved stable operation, resulting in a greater impact to the company and society.To solve the problem of water pollution completely, Scents Holding Co.,Ltd decided to (?)onstruct the sewage treatment system in different places. And after this procedure, the treated water maets the B grade standard of "sewage discharged into urban sewer water quality standards". Then, the water discharged into the sewage treatment plant(Guangda Water) in Boxing county by the municipal (?)age pipe network for further processing.After analyzing and comparing of many different solutions to solve the existed problems in the sewage treatment system, one combination process stood out. This process is "grill+neutralization pool+floatation pool"(pretreatment of protein wastewater)+"grill+neutralization pool+hydrolysis acidification pool+IC reaction tank+primary anoxic pond+primary aerobic pool+the secondary anoxic pond+the secondary aerobic pool+the secondary sedimentation tank"(integrated wastewater treatment). There are various selection parameters with process, construction and equipment in this paper, and also the design of power supply, automation and other auxiliary projects. Generally speaking, this design scheme have many advantages, such as the effluent quality guaranteed, the high removal rate of pollutants, simple and flexible operation, and low operating cost.According to the actual operation monitoring results of first phase project of Shandong Boxing Jieyuan Environmental Co.,Ltd, the removal rate of CODcr, NH3-N, BOD5, SS were96%,75%,94.8%,75%to, and the effluent quality effluent quality achieve the demands of B grade in " Wastewater quality (?)andards for discharge to municipal sewers’In the end, this process is very suitable for promotion to high concentration organic wastewater-food industry wastewater treatment.
