Study On Quality Improvement And Application Of Domestic Reconstituted Tobacco

Tobacco sheet, also named "reconstituted tobacco", using tobacco stems, tobacco dust and other tobacco residues as raw material, was produced by the special process technology. Its main functions in the cigarette industry are the waste recycling and harmful components and tar reduction and so on. Papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet has been studied and widely used by the foreign tobacco companies since the eighties of the 20th century, but relative research was started late in China. Although some companies in china are currently in the production of Papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet, but its sensory quality still has some gaps compared with the imported one. Therefore, it is very important to carry out research on the application of domestic papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet.The purpose of this paper is to research and develop a type of domestic papermaking reconstituted tobacco sheet, which is suited for the style of Tobacco companies'products and explore its effect on cigarettes, in order to replacing imported paper process tobacco sheet.The method of comparison test was used and the differences of physical characteristics and sensory quality between the imported papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet and the domestic products are analyzed in the research. Enhance the quality level of domestic papermaking reconstituted tobacco sheet and its availability in cigarette products by improving the process technology of tobacco sheet and researching of its casing and flavoring. The substitution in improved domestic papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet and imported papermaking reconstituted tobacco sheet was researched by separately adding the two kinds of papermaking reconstituted tobacco sheet to the different levels of cigarette products. The application effect in cigarette products of improved domestic papermaking-reconstituted tobacco sheet was researched by analyzing the changes of the chemical components and the sensory quality of cigaretteproducts.The research includes the following four aspects:(1) Carrying out research on the film base of sheet technology, to improve the physical properties of domestic tobacco sheet and provided a good vector for crude tobacco herb aroma.(2) Doing Research on the technology of the flavoring and casing for sheet, to improve the sensory quality of domestic tobacco sheet.(3) Analyzing the application effect of improved domestic paper process tobacco sheet by the experiment in which imported paper process tobacco sheet in cigarette was replaced by domestic paper process tobacco.(4) Exploring the application of this domestic paper process tobacco in cigarettes of different grades by contrast test, to further improving the proportion of this sheet in cigarette products and finally achieve the objectives of this project.
