Electrochemical finishing technology with the good surface quality make its process method has been increasingly widely application , and has become one of the processing technology manufacturing , a lot of research results indicate that using electrochemical finishing technology not only improves parts surface machining accuracy , but also can effectively increase the use of parts performance.Electrochemical finishing method get the rapid development , greatly improved the machined surface quality in machinery parts processing , get the application in machinery parts processing because it do not suffer influence of parts surface hardness , and can make parts processing surface obtain good micro geometric profile. Study shows electrochemical finishing not only can significantly improve the machined surface machining parts, and still can improve the quality of parts processing precision in different degree.The results of the study shows that , electrochemical finishing the whole process is a process of workpiece anticathode surface micro geometric profile from peak shape into arc shape of the fillet process , workpiece surface morphology of anode geometry of microscopic affect not only improve round , but also leveling effect affect machining accuracy. The processing of electrochemical light mechanism is leveling influence surface quality and machining precision of the important factors that affect leveling effect by many factors , Such as , electrolyte quality score, current density , etc , but the other conditions uncertain anode micro geometric profile change on leveling effect the most obvious. Related the analysis of experimental results also indicated that the beginning of the whole processing in electrochemical light, leveling effect increased significantly , but as the light is on , the processing of leveling effect improve is not obviously ; meanwhile , the surface obtained by microscopic geometric profile for a round shape peak deformation obviously, in the small gap conditions , the geometric profile on micro change affects current distribution explain the current distribution affecting leveling effect and surface quality , Therefore , in order to improve the processing leveling electrochemical light effect is necessary to study the whole process of electrochemical finishing of current field distribution characteristics.
