Research On The Green Science And Technology Support System For The Construction Of Ecological Civilisation

Ecological civilization is another historic new goal proposed by our country in the new period,and is an important step to build socialistic harmonious society, the construction of ecological civilisation depends on scientific and technological support and technology has become one of the major factors of the social development today. But science and technology has two sides, in the process of promoting social progress, the application of science and technology should be selective somewhat, reckless application will cause deadly damage to the ecological environment, even cause the destruction of the human beings. The paper is just based on the premise that the application of science and technology should be guided by ecological values, and green science and technology should be used in developing production process to reduce the stained and destruction for ecological environment.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research topic, domestic and foreign research present situation,which make the research documented and referenced.The second chapter the historical evolution of ecological civilization, searchs for harmonious thought from cultures at all times and in all lands,and mainly summarizes the traditional thought of "harmony between man and nature", ecological values in foreign marxism and the concept of scientific development actively advocated in china present, which provides ideological source for green technology development.The third chapter introduces definition and composition contents of green technology and its supporting system, and further analyzes the significance of generation of green technology,and examines how to construct green technological support system,whic made theory preparation for comprehensive understanding green technological support system.The fourth and the fifth chapters analyze the relation between green technological support system and the construction of ecological civilization, which shows the construction of green technology support system is to realize the construction of ecological civilization, and the construction of ecological civilization provides guidance for green technology support system, finally put forward some solution and suggestions on target for existent problem in construction of ecological civilization.
