The rock mass of Dafoyan bauxite is very broken,and its integrity and the strength of rock mass is bad. A lot of karst caves, joints and fissures are very developed.So, the surrounding rock of roadway is of soft rock properties, the bad stability of the rock mass, and supporting is extremely difficult. The stability control of the deep soft rock roadway is ofen one of difficulties of mining. With mining engineering toward deep level and the mining scale strengthening,the geo-stress significantly increases and the surrounding rock of roadway exhibits more and more the characteristic of soft rock, the problem of the maintenance and the timbering of soft rock roadway is more aculeate. At present, although, lots of the soft rock roadways are in compound supporting by terms of theory and practice, their cost is very high or usually,they can't get expected supporting aim. And Wire Mesh Cable composite braced is a very good support form, which is a economical and advanced method. Undoubtedly,it is great value to research making use of this form support in soft rock roadway.This paper includes the principle,the design steps and the concept of Wire Mesh Cable composite braced in detail,uses Dafoyan bauxite as a engineering example, according to on-site investigation data and FLAC3D software execute numerical simulation on three kinds of different support methods. Respectively from the displacement and stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and yield characteristics of surrounding rock analyze the numerical simulation results of the three support patterns,apply the result of Rock Mass Quality Classification,combine with roadway width, the strength of rock mass water factor and extraneous factor etc, and finally, apply these factors score to design a good program plan for roadway support of mining area, which indicates that Wire Mesh Cable composite braced can effectively control the stability of the deep complex soft rock tunnel, and which makes the support design of the complex deep soft rock tunnel from the current age of engineering analoging excessive to the day of science and quantitative decision-making for specific conditions, and that there is less rework after the support of the complex deep soft rock tunnel,which greatly reduces the cost of supporting soft rock roadway. It is great remarkable significance that the deep soft rock mine achieves high efficiency and production, safely mine. The results provide the theoretical basis and reference for the soft rock tunnel support and tunnel construction in the Dafoyan bauxite,and play a key role in preventing mining engineering accidents, and have important theoretical and realistic significance.
