As the main mining resource in my country at this stage,deep coal has the characteristics of deep burial,complex geological conditions and difficult mining.With the increase of mining depth,the pressure on the mine is high,the safety factor is gradually reduced,and the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents increases the difficulty and support cost of underground tunnel chamber support,and also seriously threatens the life safety of underground operators.The surrounding rock of the locomotive chamber of Shiyakou coal mine is severely broken,the roof and floor are thick mudstone,and the deformation is serious.In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of the locomotive chamber,enhance the support effect,and reduce the support cost,one-time support is in place to avoid repair work.Based on the research methods of“Load Structure Method”and“Surrounding Rock Deformation Coordinated Control Theory”,the design scheme of“arch-lining-grouting-surrounding rock-grouting-prestressed anchor cable joint support”was innovatively proposed.Use Rhino software to build a stratum grid model,and FLAC3Dsoftware to build a numerical simulation model.And use FLAC3Dsoftware to carry on the finite element numerical simulation of the support plan,calculate and analyze the support effect of the proposed plan.The research found that:grouting and anchoring can stabilize the surrounding rock of the locomotive chamber,improve its stability,and ultimately control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the locomotive chamber;the theoretical design calculation combined with computer numerical simulation verification can well predict the deformation of the research design plan.Condition detection.Practical application has proved that the designed Yunnan locomotive chamber support plan is very effective and the support effect is good.Therefore,the design plan of"arch-lining-grouting-surrounding rock-prestressed anchor cable combined support"can be used.The broken surrounding rock of the locomotive chamber is poured into a stable system,which can very effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the locomotive chamber,and can ensure the long-term safety and stability of the locomotive chamber,Provide reference for the support design of similar underground engineering.
