Nowadays, the toy industry is stepping into an unprecedented period of prosperity. The early childhood education has achieved more and more concern and attention of parents. And there is higher requirement and renewed significance for intelligence toys. Therefore, the design and research of preschoolers intelligence toys possess realistic and theoretical necessity.There exists a close relationship between preschoolers growth and intelligence toys. The paper carried out the research on the development of preschoolers physiology and psychology, and then has an understanding of developing process and condition of preschoolers physiology and psychology. The preschoolers mentality is formed in the activities and games are one form of their main activities. Through games, they get happiness, learn knowledge and understand society. The preschoolers virtually grow up in the happiness and learning of games. On the other hand, toys perform as necessary tools for child games and games are played by toys. A good intelligence toy can not only arouse child's interest, but also promote the complete development of child intelligence.Intelligence toys develop mental potential of preschooler. According to Piaget theory of mental development and combined with preschoolers characteristics of the preceding operation stage, we analyze and summarize the following mental development principles: knowledge advances by steps not by leaps; teach students in accordance with their aptitude and appropriate education. Through the analysis of preschoolers language, feeling, attention, observance, memory, thought and imagination abilities, we discuss the ways to develop child intelligence by intelligence toys.The design of preschoolers toys is based on the theory research of preschoolers, fancy toys, intelligence and so on, combined with child individual development features, carried out on the study of shape design, color design, material design, function design, security design and other aspects, and also summarized designing requirements of each elements for preschoolers toy.The paper introduced whole brain development into the design of toys. According to the condition of preschoolers brain development and growth characteristics, through the practice of child rational left-brain and the development of perceptual right-brain, we try to improve the balanced development of child left and right brain, and reach the aim of increasing completely child intelligence. The combination of all-round brain development design, innovation design and security design, making use of demand orientation and ideas mining to put the theory of intelligence design into practice, we research and design wisdom magic ring toy.
