Therefore, it is very important for studing several horizontal seam open up mode to the mining industry. I summarize four open up mode and give names to each of them as their open up mode. This paper descirpts the of everty open up mode in detail, which builds a theory foundation for pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each mode.Previous three kinds of open mode exist serious demerits,it wastes heavily coal resources in the process of use and prejudices the sustainable development of resource. The mode four overcomes these shortcomings and has great advantage by comparison. Through economic and technical comprehensive comparison of four models, the subject proved the superiority and feasibility of mode four in theory. The most prominent part of this paper is to elaborate and optimize the mode four. It is based on each alley's mathematical models and completes a set of optimized system by using VC program. Under the premise of input parameters, this system can compare the four modes therewith integrative,obliquitous and seam three aspects, it also can output different results in order to directly see the great superiority of mode four.Finally, the mode four are applied to the practice with the specific characteristics of Zheng Coal Mine Coal Group in this paper, and the results show that the model reduces the large number of Mi Cun coal mining costs and reduce the waste of coal resources, and also sets a lot of economic benefits, and also establishes an advantage for mode four from practice. The paper enriches the existing content of the coal to develop models, and generalizes the fragmented existing several horizontal seam open up mode to make it become a systematic open up theory. I Hope that the theory can make a certain contribution in our country coal industry.
