Analysis And Improvement Of Liangang Enterprise Logistics In Hualing

With the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, with its advanced concept and unique theoretical connotation, modern logistics flourish in all fields. It is significant to speed up the development of modern logistics, it can optimize the allocation of resources of the national economy, adjust economy structure, improve the investment climate, enhance the comprehensive national strength and competitiveness of enterprises, increase the utilization of liquidity, shorten the cash flow period, enhance the quality and efficiency of economic operations, achieve sustainable development strategies, promoting the transformation of economic system and economic growth mode.This paper chose HuaLing LianGang Group for the research, adopt a research method that is combine theoretical and practical, make a detailed research to the actual situation of this enterprise(Liangang), follow up the enterprise logistics business, combine with the characteristics of Iron and Steel industries and Liangang"Eleventh Five-Year"development strategy, and compare the business at home and abroad, analysis and summary on the basis of theory, analyzed in depth the company's internal status of logistics management, pointed out that many problems in its logistics system include procurement, production, sales and logistics information system, and use the SWOT analysis method, pointed out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the enterprise, and it is necessary and feasible to optimize and improve the logistics management in the enterprise. On this basis, this paper pointed out the improvement program of every logistics subsystem in Liangang. However, it is very hard to achieve the improvements of logistics system, so, the author further pointed out some security measures which could promise the successful implementation of the project, finally, the paper analysis the desired results which the modern logistics system can achieve.This paper attempt to apply the modern logistics management method to the enterprises logistics operation on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and research results, hope that it can provide reference material to follow-up study of logistics and business logistics decision-making applications.
