The paper takes factory materials transportation as research object, and enterpriselogistics rationalization as research aim, then use the traffic engineering theory andmethod of establishing mathematical model, use quantitative analysis of the logisticsintersection to study the efficiency general layout, then to evaluate the rationality of thegeneral layout. Through the causes analysis of the cross logistics, put forward somesuggestions to improve related facilities and operation rules. At present, logistics crossis common in the iron and steel enterprise, but it’s the most stay in qualitative analysisto logistics cross, lacking of strong persuasion. In this article, through quantitativeanalysis of the cross logistics, there is an intuitive evaluation to rationality of steelenterprise general layout, and it has profound theoretical and practical value topromote the steel enterprise core competition.Paper mainly analyses the following respects:1. Expounds some concepts and theories about general layout and production logistics,and introduces several general layout patterns and layout principles, it emphasizeanalysis the relationship that supplements each other between general layout andproduction logistics.2. Focuses on analyzing steel production logistics, including cross and section logisticin the factory, cross logistics including two cross forms caused by the same anddifferent forms of transportation. Use cross efficiency value to evaluate the crosslogistics, then calculate the time delayed by all kinds of cross logistics. Paper takesa section of the case steel enterprise as an example to analyze section logistics.Finally, use tabular method to optimize the path of transportation.3. Introduces the characteristics of the transport way in factory and selectrequirements, and use of calculation method and pay cost benefit method for the quantitative choice.4. Through the analysis of the production logistics, establish the logistics evaluationsystem. The paper’s innovation points reflect in the quantitative analysis of crosslogistics using cross efficiency value and cross delay to evaluate the logistics of theiron and steel enterprise, and using gray relation analysis to evaluate and chooseseveral logistics solutions of enterprise known of evaluation indices.
