Beam pumping unit is the main machinery of oil production in our oil-filed. The large number and high energy consumption of beam pumping unit have make the energy costs become one of the main factors that influence the production cost. The pumping unit's load fluctuation characteristics and its structure characteristics led to the large fluctuations of output torque of motor shaft, and ever there are negative torque which would make the motor be draged and generate power. This paper designed a kinetic energy equilibrator, studied the system dynamic simulation method of the beam pumping unit with the kinetic energy of balancing device. Research results have an important significance for the beam pumping system in energy consumption, improving the efficiency of the system. This paper mainly included the following aspects of research:As the motor shaft net torque of the beam pumping unit has a big fluctuation, and even there is negative torque, this paper modified the beam pumping unit by installing a new kinetic energy equilibrator on the small pulley. This new kinetic energy equilibrator adopted an overrunning clutch - dynamic flywheel structure, this paper had a detailed introduction of its composition and working principle.Established the motor rotor motion simulation model of the beam pumping system with the dynamic flywheel and new kinetic energy equilibrator; The wave equation was used to establish the simulative model of the rod axial vibration and the polished rod load, considering the loss of hydraulic pump and the liquid friction load on the plunger;Established the dynamic coupling simulation model of the motor rotor's movment rules and the rod string's vibration;Established the simulation model of force and energy parameters of each node of the pumping unit; Established the simulation model of beam pumping system efficiency and the efficiency of each node.Used Visual Basic 6.0 language to develop"The dynamic parameters simulation software Beam pumping unit system with new kinetic balancing device",reaserched the dynamic parameters of the system, and the energy saving effect of the new kinetic energy equilibrator in beam pumping unit.
