The main way of oil production in the world is rod pumping,and the sucker rod pumping unit has been chosen as the first choice in domestic oil field.The domestic oil field,more than8% of the used oil sucker rod pumping system.Nearly 6 of the production capacity,the amount of oil into the 8 still need to rely on it to mining.Sucker rod pump for convenient maintenance and manufacturing advantages of low cost,high reliability,widely used in the oil field.The sucker rod pumping unit has the disadvantages of large energy consumption,low efficiency and poor balance performance.The efficiency of conventional pumping unit is only about 20%,while the efficiency of pumping unit is less than 50%.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency of pumping system.This paper analyzes causes of oil pumping system with high energy consumption,energy consumption of pumping system of each part of the system to be divided,through the research of each test point,draw up the test process of motor,pumping unit and control box part.The main factors that affect the balance of pumping unit are analyzed,and the balance problem is analyzed.The evaluation method of energy saving effect of sucker rod pumping system is developed.In order to study the oil pumping system on the energy consumption of the equipment further,according to the three part of the ground structure on efficiency is divided into motor,control box,and four link mechanism.Systematic analysis of the motor and the four connecting rod mechanism.Average power,motor current and power pumping unit,effective load coefficient,belt and gear box,four linkage efficiency,the efficiency of pumping unit with V transmission efficiency,the efficiency of light bar.Through the research on the equipment,found that motor,oil pumping machine and control box system is to enhance the key oil pumping system efficiency,the energy saving principle of pumping of each part of the system is studied,firstly analyzes the energy saving principle of beam and without walking beam type oil pumping machine,and then analyzes the motor part part of the control box of energy-saving.Finally,through the comparison test of the motor,pumping unit,control box,the optimal scheme is optimized to improve the efficiency of the system.
