Machine tool precision remains reliability model was established through in-depth study of multi-body system theory. This paper firstly expounds multibody system theory, and as for the main theoretical contexts, puts forward the method of motion pair wear curve and components equivalent working hours, studies the individual components motion pair wear's influence on machining precision, determine the most sensitive components influencing on machining precision. Finally the precision keep model is simulated by the application of matlab software.At present the main reliability theory and method of Mechanical system, are widely applied in small and medium-sized numerically-controlled machine tool's reliability research, have developed from the electronic engineering field. Its core mainly based on the large samples that are supported by mathematical statistics method. While for the reliability theory research on super-heavy numerically-controlled machine tool, little and cannot form enough statistical samples, is paid little attention at present. In this paper, heavy and super-heavy numerically-controlled machine tool's reliability research are trid by establishing TK6932 NC milling boring precision keeping reliability model.Many factors, such as Mechanical vibration, processing temperature and motion pair wear etc, affect precision keeping performance on heavy machining process. Performance of precision keeping is a complex system engineering. Because workload big and experimental conditions limited, this article mainly focuses on influence of motion pair wear on precision keeping performance, Through in-depth analysis of multi-body system theory, machine precision remains reliability model are deduced, this model can predict NC maintenance cycle, can also be for MRO technology to provide maintenance parameters.
