Heavy and super-heavy machine precision prediction model has become the common key technologies design of high-grade CNC. And establishing the correct precision prediction model can improve the reliability of the machine. Based on TK6932 spindle box and its internal components for research objects this paper mainly researches the modeling process and application steps of machine precision prediction mode.This paper, the major contents include: the first chapter, this paper briefly describes the present development situation of mechanical reliability, heavy and super-heavy machine precision prediction research situation, and the necessity of choosing multi-bodys system for researching the reliability of super-heavy numerically-controlled machine tool. In the second chapter, based on multi-body system this paper talks about the modeling process. First, using low-order body arrays and the abstraction situs of multibody system, TK69332 machine is abstracted as multibody and each unit body attaches coordinate system. Second, on the basis of the analysis of each cell body errors, this paper established ideal character matrix and error character matrix, and make the datas of matrix maching with the ideal machine the motion parameters and haplont error model. Finally, it summarized establish TK6932 spindle box precision prediction model. The third chapter, it takes ideal workpiece processed surface of 3-d topography simulation as an example, for analyzing and verifying the model. First, it builts on coordinate system in the body of the cell and determines the initial orientation of generalized coordinates and establishes input interface of machine motion parameters. Then this paper use the mode to simulat the path chart of tool forming point when machine boring, and based on this it can process 3-d topography simulation of the surface of workpiece. The fourth chapter, establishes the errors model of each cell body of spindle box, which is taken into TK6932 spindle box precision prediction model, so it can predict the precision of machine tool. to determine runninginperiod and maintenance cycle of the machine.Machine precision prediction model of machine tool can be used to analysis machine unit error. As long as the error model was set up accurately, it will achieve the accurate prediction accuracy of machine. Precision prediction research is an important aspect mechanical reliability research of the machine, which can be used to determine the first maintenance time, overhaul period. Taking this as enterprises to formulate the reasonable production plan of important reference, the enterprise can minimize the financial losses as a result of the low accuracy of machine.
