The Process Analysis And The Key Technologies Of Carrousel Coiler

Coiling machine is hot-rolled, cold rolled strip production of the important auxiliary equipment, It impacts direrctly on the rolling mill, particularly in rolling mill. coiler coiling parts prone to be weared and teared, so it often need to be replaced. But now the methods of replacing them are more complicated, steel radial pressure on the reel is more complexed too, and the radial pressure calculations reel theoretical formula is not precise. It is necessary to do the further study.In this paper, after knowing the drawings and the work of Carol machine , I do the modeling of drive section and main part detailly and assembly them carefully.In this paper, Reference to the original coiling machine main part of the structure, in order to reduce the spare parts and to meet the production requirements, I do the improvements on main part of its structure, to achieve the effect of rapid removaling of coiler reel, so that the coiling machine can save time and increase efficiency in the process of dismantling work.This paper analyzes several analysis methods of soluting radial pressure , using the finite element software Simulision calculation method to calculate the layer wrapped around each roll after the radial strip pressure rolls, then use Visual Basic radial pressure to achieve the parameters of the calculation, apply the object-oriented programming techniques, prepared the visual optimization simulision software.This paper selects two important critical position and then use Simulision software, checking on the analysis of the entire roll axis, analysis the stress state and strain and displacemen when changing location of the two rolls and achieve the situation of fan-shaped plate and wedge obtained by block Force, find out the stress concentration area, proposed for the future design optimization.
