With the increase in industrial development and social demand, bendingcapacity and performance of three roller bending machine are put forwardhigher requirements, large-scale, precision of question has become thedevelopment direction of bending machine. At present, the250~300mm thickcold rolling of heavy plate rolling equipment is still groping stage in China,the structural design and Optimization on the large horizontal brought downthree roller bending machine has become a problem to be solved. This paper issupport by the major scientific and technological project of Shanxi province,through the250~300mm large level down three roller bending machine whichis design and manufacture by metal-forming companies of Changzhi as thebasis,analysis and optimization the structure of plate bending machine.According to the structure and parameters provided by Changzhi forgingcompany, Calculate the force of each work roll in the pre-bending condition;Establish the structure of the three-dimensional model by using PRO/E software,put the small bracket supporting box into the WORKBENCH, analysis on itsstatic, through the analysis of the stress and strain diagram, thereasonableimprovement of weak structure body; Establish the three-dimensional model ofconnection box, import to WORKBENCH for static analysis, through theanalysis of the results, proposed three kinds of improved schemes to compare,and carries on its modal analysis, combined with the result of static analysis,take the lightweight design criteria, to optimize the design of the lathe body incondition of it does not affect the stress and deformation; Establish thethree-dimensional model of roller, import to WORKBENCH for static analysis,according to the stress of roller, parameterized the roller; Establish the model ofeach structure, complete the whole assembly model of rolling machine. UsingWORKBENCH to analysis the static and dynamic of rolling machine.Through the calculation and analysis above: Pointed out the unreasonabledesign of the small bracket supporting box、Connection box and roller. Throughthe improvements of unreasonable structural, Static and dynamic characteristics of the structure obtained with the design requirements. Through the optimizationdesign of connection box, obtained the purpose of lightweight. Through theparameterization of roller, optimal selection to roller deformation and stress,achieve design size roller. Finally, through analysis the overall structure of therolling machine, verify the reasonableness of each structural design.
