PDC bit has been widely used in directional well drilling because of its superiority, and the design of BHA in conjunction with PDC bit continues to improve, so it is greatly improving the speed of directional well drilling. However, in the actual directional well drilling process, there are still the serious problems that the directional well trajectory prediction is difficult to achieve, and the PDC bit's position drifts. In order to ensure the quality of drilling, the operators have to continue to ramp and ramp correction operation. However, in the construction site, the theories to guide the well trajectory are weak, and they are lack of comprehensive analysis for directional well trajectory. Therefore, studying the various factors of directional well trajectory and establishing a more reasonable well trajectory prediction method have some significance for directional drilling construction site.In order to further analyze the directional well trajectory factors comprehensively and to determine the well trajectory trend when the PDC bit are drilling, so this paper researches the model and computer technology of directional well trajectory prediction needed intensively and systematically. The force and deformation of the bottom hole assembly were studied, and the computer program that is based on the theoretical model of stress analysis was developed. The paper studied the model that are interacted between PDC bit and formation and analyzed its mechanism of action. Making use of the finite element analysis, simulated the structure of PDC bits and optimized the structure of formula of the PDC bit further. Based on the improvement of the comprehensive mathematical model, a computer program was established to forecast the directional well drilling trends with the PDC bit, and based on the procedure, the influence of various factors for well trajectory are analyzed theoretically.Making uses of three-dimensional modeling and numerical simulated structure of the PDC bit, bottom hole assembly, formation parameters, the geometric parameters of the drilling hole and drilling parameters, and respectively researched its effects for well trajectory, echoed with the theoretical model structure, provided a research method.
