| At present, the output metering methods of oil well commonly used in our country, were that several wells output in a range was transported to a metering station or test station nearby, and it was re-transported to the oil processing or storage station far-away. This kind of output metering method was neither economical nor appropriate for the development of oil-company, so it is need to output metering technology, which meets the requirements of no ground station, lower investment projects and continuous real-time automated. The output metering technology based on dynamometer card was developed to solve the problem of single well output metering. This paper completed those tasks in view of dynamometer card. Dynamic model for the rod, tube and fluid is used to deduce pump dynamometer card. The method that solves this model is finite difference. The results of methods validate the correctness of the pump dynamometer card. According to pump dynamometer card, this paper proposes to approximate curvature of pump dynamometer card discrete point with curvature of continuous curve. And through analysis of pump dynamometer card geometric features, search max curvature point respectively in high-load phase and in low-load phase, which is the point of valve opening and closing. It determines the effective plunger stroke length according to "take a small" principle, resulting in pump output. A procedure can convert underground volume to surface liquid yield by computing volume coefficient of the mixture under discharge pressure is proposed.Based on the investigations mentioned above,"the output metering with dynamometer card for Rod pumped well software"is developed. The average relative error between the calculated and measured is 7.24% by using this software calculates producting of filed collection oil well from ShengLi and JiangSu. The actual calculating of dynamometer cards certificate feasibility of output metering with dynamometer card.
