The chemical waste waters without treatment have had a greater impact on the environment when we put them into it,especially the waste water with high salt. With the environmental regulations become more and more strict, how to deal wih waste water with high salt has become a trend. This article used distillation unit to treat the workshop tail wastewater and the parameters were optimized to find the optimum operating parameters. When the pressure was 80kpa and the reflux ratio was 2.5, the concentration of ethionine ester coming from the bottom of the tower was below 0.01 percent, which was good.According to the manufacturer design requirements, this article simulated salt water tower with Aspen Plus software to find the optimum operating parameters. When the pressure was 30kpa,the reflux was 4.0, the number of oretical plates was 15,and the feed plate was 2 which was top-down, the purity of ethyl acetate was 99 percent. The simulatal result was good.In this article, Severel adsorbents and coagulants were used to do adsorption and coagulantion to the waste water. The results showed that the effect of activated carbon was the best in all adsorbents and the removal of COD was 16.22 percent. In the base of activated carbon, the coagulant was added to do coagulation test. The results showed that A30 was the best and the removal of COD was 35.37 percent.Under the joint action of the two above, the organic can not be completely removed. So the coagulant aid was added to change coagulation, the results showed that A100 was best and the removal of COD was 86.07 percent. The operating parameters were also optimized and they were temperature 25℃,stirring time 2h, neutralizer sodium silicate. Addition sequence was firstly activated carbon, secondly A100,lastly A30.
