The main purpose of natural gas desulfurization is meet the gas pipeline and gas processing station and anti-corrosion requirements, meet the security requirements of gas to meet environmental requirements, meet the standards set by the state gas temperament, making for industrial or civil use of natural gas and recover sulfur as industrial raw materials . Based on data analysis provided by the feed gas obtained oilfield Union Station Three hydrogen sulfide content in feed gas is too high, does not meet the industrial safety, safety of the residents with gas and pipeline transportation requirements, the need for desulphurization.This paper briefly describes the basic technology associated Tahe III condition, with reference to the more mature process model at home and abroad, designed a program to meet the technological requirements of the desulfurization, and the equipment involved to a simple choice type.According to already established the characteristics of natural gas desulfurization process flow, an optimized gas desulfurization treatment process, using HYSYS process simulation software to simulate the entire process optimization, adjust the relevant parameters makes the whole process can be best effect.Through this research process come to a set of design optimization of natural gas desulfurization process, the actual desulfurization to meet the needs of the purpose of completion of the established desulfurization, while reducing energy consumption.
