Nature gas purification processes were simulated and operating parameters of the absorber and stripper were analyzed by application of the simulation software Hysys.The influence of the solution regeneration temperature,poor liquid cooling temperature,the solution flow rate on the purifying effect and the units operating costs.and analysis the natural gas purification process from the solution flow rate,the regeneration temperature,cooling water consumption and other process parameters.The simulation results of software Hysys show that with the increase of flow rate of the solution,the CO2 content in the purified gas is gradually reduced,purifying effect is better.With the increase of flow rate of the solution,the absorption of per solution flow decreases.At the same time,the higher the degree of lean solution regeneration,the better purification effect.The degree of regeneration of the lean solution is determined by temperature of the regeneration tower bottom.And lean solution in the appropriate temperature entering the absorber can enhance the purifying effect.The results from the analysis of operating cost show that impacts of the regeneration temperature,the cooling temperature of the lean solution on operating costs are uncertain.However,the relationship can determine through the introduction of the minimum amount of solution in particular regeneration temperature,cooling temperature of lean solution.The parameters obtained by the simulation can regress the equation of the operating costs,the minimum amount of solution Lmin and regeneration temperature T,poor liquid cooling temperature t by MATLAB.And the optimal operating parameters can obtain by the optimal solution of the equation.Based on the analysis of natural gas purification process units,this paper change the process to the grading absorption,which can reduce the reboiler load,thereby reducing energy consumption.To cancel the semi-lean solution cooler saves the cooling costs.In addition,using a hydraulic recovery turbine to recover high-pressure energy of rich solution,which can drive the circulating pump,greatly reducing the power consumption of the circulating pump.Through the optimization of the operating conditions of the traditional process,the total operating cost can save34.2%.The grading absorption can made the total cost decrease 63.7%.Using second-generation Hydraulic Turbo Charger to recycle the energy of high-pressure rich solution,the power saving rate can reach 67.9%.
