| According to《World Energy Outlook 2010》,the speed of global natural gas consumptionis higher than other fuels because of its practicability and environment-friendly.Atpresent ,about one-quarter is transported and traded by LNG trade while the rest bypipeline.In the early twentieth century, China's natural gas pipeline construction began on thephase of rapid development. The construction of continental gas pipelines,such as somelong-distance pipelines,connecting pipelines,gas pipelines that are being or yet to be built,willinitially form a national, multi-gas source, multi-user,large-scale pipeline network.YG,as a frontier province in economic development and an important province ininternational and regional cooperation , its annual GDP growth rate keeps over 10% in thepast decade.Eonomic development needs much more energy supply.Coal and hydropowermake up an overwhelming majority of YG's total energy output and consumption all thetime.Based on the 12th Five-Year Plan about energy utilization,China will increase its effortsto introduce natural gas and achieve the goal of natural gas consumption proportion increasingfrom the current 4% to 8%.YG LNG project is beneficial to low-carbon economy's furtherdevelopment and natural gas utilization.Natural gas users have traits of chronicity and irreversibility, if natural gas supplyinterrupts,or can not continue,users need to look for alternative energy,which will causeserious consequences: a tie-up of enterprises,waste of users'facilities and even social issues;Second,natural gas users'demand is fluctuating, household users and public buildings mainlyaffected by weather, industrial enterprises depend largely on production process.Investment and operating costs of gas pipeline is very high,so the natural gas demand isnecessary prerequisite to natural gas pipeline's construction.The supply, calculated by gas consumption,is the foundation of the design,which determines the scale of project,modes ofpeak shaving, selectting design proposal and the network design. Accurately predictting thedemand for natural gas demand is very important.The supply of natural gas pipeline isrelatively stable,but the gas consume is fluctuating,this situation requires the design capacityof gas pipeline to meet multitudinal requirements and have a function of peak shaving.Considering the economy of the plan, we should optimize the design of gas pipeline.This thesis predicts the natural gas demand of different kinds of users of YG LNGproject.After comparing the predict ways and two demand plans,analyzing all kinds of users'nonuniformity coefficient.According to specifications and local energy utilizationrequirements, predictting and calculating the demand of 2015,2020 and2025.This thesis alsopredicts the amount of the gas pipeline for peak shaving.Based on the natural gas marketanalyzing and forecasting,using the basic information of YG LNG project,applying PipelineStudio for Gas (TGNET) software to simulate the pipeline working condition,to obtain anoptimizated design.According to the simulation results ,optimize the design of gaspipeline.First, simulate the pipeline steady working conditions to ensure the furthertransportation capacity,then add peak shaving gas to simulate, after compare programs'economic,finally determine the recommended program for next step. Simulate the pipelinesteady working conditions to ensure the short time transportation capacity to recheckrecommended program,get the optimized program. The article also elaborate concepts of thegas pipeline's transmission capacity, storage capacity accounted for the end of gaspipeline,and get calculated results; analyze the accident conditions of gas pipeline. |
