Petrochina west-east gas transmission project is the national strategic key project, this thesis aims to west-east gas transmission natural gas pipeline overall planning and layout, according to the different geographical position and condition of natural gas to produce the cause of the peak is studied and analyzed, and based on this study peak load regulating mode, finally carries on the contrast is choose the efficient, reasonable, economic load mode. Mainly from the following aspects of the research work:(1) to study the cause of formation of the gas peak peak and gas demand growth velocity analysis, the establishment of mathematical model.(2) according to peak form reason of peak load regulating mode analysis, key research pipeline operation of the combined load.(3) on the west-east gas pipeline company downstream, zhengzhou city, nanjing, suzhou city gas situation points.(4) on the west-east gas pipeline downstream of the direct power supply plant peak gas data to carry on the analysis, the establishment of statistical model.(5) according to the downstream gas peak statistical analysis, based on the BP neural network using MATLAB neural network toolbox to establish urban gas short-term load forecasting model, the city short-term load forecasting, and based on neural network was improved, with conventional neural network prediction results are compared and analyzed, found that L-M neural network model forecasting short-term gas load effect is very satisfied, as west-east gas transmission for downstream city peak shaving reference.
