Light hydrocarbon recovery optimization of Jin Zhou 25-1 south oil and gas field naturalgas terminal project proposed to be a articles of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit, its dailytreatment capacity is 110,0000m3/d, and its main works include stop separation, gasdehydration and condensate separation, condensate fractionation ,increasing gas pressure andso on.This paper introduces the purpose and significance of light hydrocarbon recovery, domestic and international situation, light hydrocarbon recovery methods and a variety ofrefrigeration technology, as well as C3 yield and its influencing factors and its calculation.Through the use of a large number of HYSYS simulation software, the paper analysis therelationship between the C3 yield and the cooling temperature and the total energyconsumption, so it determines the cold temperature of the expansion mechanism is -85, C3yield is not less than 95%, propane, butane and light oil products comply with the best qualityindex. For the characteristics of this project, the paper optimizes the light hydrocarbon recoveryrefrigeration technology, and finalizes the light hydrocarbon recovery program: expansionmechanism coaxial cold + propane refrigeration.Through the simulation process technology devices to find the optimum processparameters: propane pre-cooling temperature is -35℃; inlet pressure of expander is3890kPaA; outlet pressure of expander is 1400kPaA; plates of low-temperature absorber are 5;central feed temperature of deethanizing tower is 0℃; plates of off the propane tower are 20;plates of de-butane tower are 20.Finally, the paper presents existing problems and recommendations of the technology.
