To improve the yield of light hydrocarbon recovery device aims to raw gas processing source more frequent component variation.Recovery device in the condition to ensure the light hydrocarbon yield but also achieve maximum effective utilization of energy.With the requirement of Daqing oilfield for light hydrocarbon yield increase and the increasing requirements of energy saving and the selection and optimization of process design and operation scheme of light hydrocarbon recovery unit put forward higher requirements.Method and process optimization of the process operation so it is necessary to establish a light hydrocarbon recovery device.This article through to the northern block of Daqing oilfield natural gas output and analysis of raw gas components,combined with the actual situation,the first primary processing factory of light hydrocarbon recovery unit north of natural gas process,the main unit in the process of using HYSYS software to simulate the calculation method by using simulation software for selection the main process equipment,and to determine the process parameters.At the same time to optimize the analysis of application of HYSYS to the design process,thus further tapping the potential synergies of the device.Through the simulation analysis of the different stages of raw gas components,stop stop flow,gas pressure,gas temperature in effect of raw materials on the yield of C2.At the same time that the propane pre cooling temperature,expander outlet pressure demethanizer feed temperature on the yield of C2 and power consumption.The influence of the final optimum operation the device parameters are determined.At the same time based on the yield of light hydrocarbon devices to ensure that the device could be obtained,two unit performance loss of the largest(compressor unit and cold box unit)optimization method.
