Natural gas has the characteristics of low pollution and high heat value,so it has become an important measure to adjust energy structure in many countries due to its efficient utilization.In addition to methane,natural gas also contains C2+ light alkanes,which is also called light hydrocarbon.There are many advantages of recycling light hydrocarbon from natural gas,including improve process efficiency,reduce the dew point,and boost the comprehensive utilization efficiency.According to the feedback of pilot production of Sichuan AN gas field,in order to satisfy the requirement of dew point of hydrocarbon and water dew points,improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the gas field,and meet the needs of society on the products when natural gas outputs which consists of natural gas,condensate oil and liquefied petroleum gas,and then transform oil and gas exploration results into industrial production as soon as possible,a oil and gas processing plant,with a scale of 150×10Nm3/d,needs to be constructed to dehydrate and recycle light hydrocarbon.According to the actual condition of natural gas,after comparing different dehydration and light hydrocarbon recycle processes,we select an appropriate overall plan and complete the corresponding key equipment calculation.4A molecular sieve and mixed refrigerant-secondary hydrocarbon technology were adopted in this paper.Firstly,natural gas was separated through filtration separation and coalescence separation in molecular sieve dehydration.In the process of three tower dehydration,dry gas was used in the continuous regeneration of molecular.As for light hydrocarbon recovery unit,mixed refrigerant external cooling technology was applied.Light hydrocarbons were separated by dethanizing column and butane separation sequentially.So qualified liquefied petroleum gas and stable light hydrocarbon products were obtained easily.Process and key equipment were calculated in this paper.As a consequence,the best proportion of acetylene,propane and n-butane were also determined,and the optimal technology can be obtained.
