This issue took the waste water of jam vegetable as the studied liquid waste. We haveresearched the pretreatment method of electrolytic process,biofloculation,and thetreatment of anaerobic activated sludge and aerobic activated sludge,and the united methodof pickles wastewater treatment. Experimental results showed as the follows:The best parameters in electrolytic treatment of pickles water was that electrolytic timewas 15min,the electrolytic current strength was 0.3 mA,and the pH valued in 9. And theCOD and ammonia nitrogen removal were 45.6%,63%. Using biological flocculationpretreatment in water alone when selected floculant sulphatd 2ml/L of wastewater,thecontent of COD and ammonia nitrogen were removed to a extent of 36.2% and 19.6 %. Thecombination of the two method's removal was 47.5% and 70.6% . The anaerobic activatedsludge can increase the wastewater biochemical properties,which can further improve theaerobic system again,to make COD and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency reached43.6%,66.3%; method of the COD and ammonia nitrogen's removal were 65.2%and 74.9%in aerobic sludge for 8h.This procedure for the treatment of four, pickles wastewater COD and ammonia nitrogenremoval rate of 89.3% and 98%.
