The high-strength material is an important mean for requirements, lightweight,safety,emissions,cost control and fuel economy,of modern automobile industry. At present the high-strength steel of widely used is chemical composition, and the mechanical properties is very different from conventional low carbon steel. In particular the high strength steel also caused the plastic lower and springback after forming large in the time of making strength .On the basis of reading large number of documents in china and oversea, this text carried on experimental and theoretical studies to the widely used B280VK,B210P1,high-strength steel and traditional deep drawing steel DC06 and DC03 by current car manufacturers and focus on solving the following questions:â‘ Making basic tensile experiments to the high strength steel of B280VK, B210P1 and the common materials of DC06, DC03, and getting important parameters of mechanical properties, and analysising the difference on the forming process of high-strength steel and the traditional steel.â‘¡The test made prediction with the professional analysis software DYNAFORM for the forming properties of materials and comparied the results of physical tests with the prediction on the basis of the parameters of mechanical properties.â‘¢This text analyzed the rebound factors on V/U-type bend of high-strength steel and ordinary steel by the means of numerical analysis and designed a set of test device for general sheet metal bending springback test .â‘£Analysised a new bending technology solutions and the die structure for typical parts of beam forming and confirmed that this kind of program is effective to solve the springback of high strength steel stamping using numerical analysis and application examples.
