Cold ring rolling is an advanced rotation plastic forming technology, which has significant advantages in energy conservation, material saving, high efficient and has complied with development tedency of precise, low consumption, clean in the modern plasticity processing technology and has great profit in economy and society. Cold ring rolling is a plastic forming technology, which uses the ring rolling machine to cause wall thickness to reduce, diameter to expanse, section outline to form.In this paper, according to the theory of ring rolling, the technical characteristic of inter ring of lylindrical roller bearing in cold ring rolling was analyzed, blanks were designed and related technical paramaters were caculated. the forming rule of inter ring of lylindrical roller bearing in cold ring rolling was studied.Based on it, rational technical process in cold ring rolling was completed .In this project, based on the theories of elastic-plastic finite element method, the calculation model of inter ring of lylindrical roller bearing in cold ring rolling process has been established. ABAQUS/Explicit operating plat was Used, which is large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS provided, forming process was simulated and analyzed. The rule of related technical paramters in cold ring rolling process was studied, the relationship between stress and equivalent strain in different time was analyzed, the floating characteristic of material in cold ring rolling process was analyzed, according to analyzed results, the related technical paramters such as blanks and line feed of idle roll were optimized.According to the cold ring rolling experiment, the result of FEM analysis was tested, eligible parts were gained. The experiment indicates the technics this paper put forward is capable, the result of FEM analysis is right, which offers valuable reference of technical formulation and technical paramters selection for the same king of rings.
