Autoclave molding is the main method of making continuous fiber-reinforced thermosetting composites work pieces. Appropriate parameters and rational process plan is the key technology of producing good quality composite materials efficiently. Traditional method, manual design autoclave molding, is inefficient and the reusability is low. After analyzing domestic and foreign research results of computer-aided composite molding, I bring the CBR technology into autoclave molding, reuse the existing design resources, and make the research and development on processing design more efficiency. And also integrated the process simulation, improved the autoclave molding process automation level. The technology makes the process design more efficiency and reduces the production costs.After reading a lot of technical information in related fields, I summed up the mechanism and the development of autoclave molding. The process design based on CBR technology is raised according to the characteristics of autoclave molding. Researched the mathematical model used in process simulation, and divided the mathematical model into three types: forming process model, curing reaction model and residual stress model. On this basis, a case-based autoclave process design and simulation system framework was put forward in this paper. An object-oriented case representation method was adopted to represent autoclave molding case. Divided the process case into hierarchies, and put forward the concept of index objects, intended to improve searching efficiency. According to the case representation model, built a hierarchical case database to store case information. In order to meet the demand of process design, established a database containing: autoclave molding equipment database, material database, mold database, process design parameter database and simulation result database.The system uses the nearest neighbor approach as case retrieval algorithm, so we focus on the research of the similarity and the weights. The system has several sets of weights, you can choose according to different needs. This method increased the adaptability of the system.I researched on the ANSYS and VC++ interface technology.Put forward the method for controlling ANSYS through APDL macro document.Using this technology to integrate autoclave process simulation of thermodynamic and esidual stress.Based on the above technique, I used Visual C + +6.0 object-oriented programming language and SQL Server database system to develop the prototype system to verify the feasibility of these technologies.
