Contingency plans for petrochemical enterprises is a measure of the level of development capacity of petrochemical enterprises an important factor. High level of emergency management can effectively reduce the petroleum chemical industry, and to ensure the sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises, particularly in the petrochemical enterprises liquid hydrocarbon spherical area, a large number of explosive materials stored in case of accident, losses will be huge, at home and abroad have been many incidents of catastrophic fire and explosion of liquid hydrocarbon sphere. Therefore, to do liquid hydrocarbon sphere of contingency plans, in each petrochemical companies will have to become very prominent. This paper analyzes the petrochemical industry, a typical liquid hydrocarbon sphere accident cases, liquid hydrocarbon sphere described the importance of emergency response plan. In the analysis on the basis of accident cases on contingency plans, and plan evaluation methods are introduced. A typical liquid hydrocarbon and then spherical tank fire and emergency rescue plan involves leakage of the contents and key parts to this paper, using a quantitative method to discuss the scope of the emergency.Based on the above analysis, summed up a typical petrochemical plant for the more complete and typical emergency rescue plan, according to this template, make contingency plans on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation procedures, and then use the actual scene in the petroleum chemical industry, for spherical tank of a typical liquid hydrocarbon leak tests to evaluate emergency plans and verification. Finally, the conclusion of the evaluation process more scientific and comprehensive, can be used for a typical installation of petroleum chemical industry, as a preparation and improving emergency response plan to guide and reference.
