We all known that spinning machine servo system with nonlinear and parameter variations factors, which make a difficult to obtain accurate models when establish the mathematical model of servo system, these factors caused the controller design difficult. In this paper, we adopts digital PID control and fuzzy PID control, making it in the control system, such as the spinning machine servo system with a nonlinearity, parameter variation and other characteristics of the controlled object , you can get good results. Using Simulink toolbox of MATLAB software for spinning machine servo system mathematical modeling and simulation comparison for providing theory basis of servo controller design and analysis.The main research content of papers such as:Firstly, introduces the present development situation of spinning machine for hydraulic servo system. Through the construction of input signal modals and the calculation of related transfer function, establishing the servo control mathematical model, using FuzzyLogic-function in Simulink toolbox of MATLAB software separately written the fuzzy PID control rules of spinning machine base linear part and spin round of rotating part. Setting up the mathematical model for spinning machine servo system athletic performance analysis.Secondly, respectively apply the digital PID control and fuzzy PID control strategy to the spinning machine for hydraulic servo system base position servo control and spinning wheel servo control, using MATLAB software Simulink simulation results comparative analysis. Analysis that control algorithm tracking error smaller, thus obtains more fit for this system control algorithm. Finally, using AMEsim simulation analysis the spinning machine servo system basic properties. Analysis some of time domain and frequency domain, which makes the system has a basic level of understanding. After accession to control algorithm of system influence has been further understanding.
