Plastic products are widely used in every corner of society,closely related to human life.the molding process of injection molding machine,which as the main equipment of plastic molding,has important influence on the quality of products and the efficiency of injection molding.However,the Mold closing servo system has the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying and strong coupling,actual control effect is not ideal.This topic embarks from the actual demand of injection molding process,expand research for direct drive hydraulic servo control system based on the combination of production and research,finally achieve the desired control effect.Understand the mechanical structure and working principle of the injection machine system,study the kinematics and mechanics of toggle clamping mechanism.Determine position control and pressure control scheme,combined with the motion characteristics and effect of the existing hinge machine control mode.analyze the mathematical model of the injection molding machine servo system,build the AMESim/Simulink simulation platform,do research of the servo control system,including the design and analysis of the inner loop,the position loop and the pressure loop.According to the requirement of speed characteristic and the lag of hydraulic system,design the speed controller and feedforward controller.The effectiveness of the design scheme is verified by simulation platform.In this paper,according to the condition of different movement speed and target position,the position overshoot and the following effect are different,design the fuzzy PD controller.Based on the practical engineering,the fuzzy rules are simplified into the form of analytic functions.In order to optimize the performance of the fuzzy controller,the fuzzy rules are adjusted online by ITAE index.Simulation results show that the fuzzy control is more stable than the traditional control system,the following is better,too.What's more,the adaptive fuzzy control has better control effect.Reforming the equipment and design control software.Field test,position control and pressure control system get ideal control effect,the correctness of the algorithm is verified.
